Preview: #SportingKC – Sounders
Here is my first attempt at a Sporting KC match preview. I'm sure this will be a work in progress from match to match, but I am looking to refine my skills and become a better "journalist." This one will be a bit of a challenge being that I am kind of in a hurry to get it done, but luckily the game isn't for another hour and a half as I type it up.
What I'm looking for from Sporting is much of the same play obviously that we saw against Toronto FC, but I would really like to see some of the defensive lapses sured up as Seattle is a much better team even if they haven't won a MLS match in their last five matches to include a recent 4-1 loss to the Montreal Impact this past weekend. Although Seattle has a lot to prove especially being at home I think that Sporting has more to lose then Seattle does because I believe that more people are wanting Sporting to continue with the way they have been playing and if they really want to show that they are a possible MLS cup contender then they cannot leave Seattle with anything less then a draw.
