Men of the Match: #SportingKC – Sounders
This was kind of interesting one as I was sure that I was going to make Collin the Man of the Match for his play on the field against Seattle especially with his partner in Besler being gone, but the player that was in for Besler had what could possibly be one of the best defensive plays for Sporting all year and he probably won't get much more playing time after Besler comes back. That single play that made me consider making him my Man of the Match was clearing the ball straight up into the air while facing the goal and standing just outside the mouth of the gaol was by Lawrence Olum. Olum actually had a fairly decent rest of the match as well and I am very confident in him playing the rest of the time that Besler is out injured and it also shows that Sporting has possibly sured up the lack of depth that has everybody concerned lately.
