Man of the Match: Sporting KC – Chivas USA 01Apr12

I know I am getting this out a bit late and just about decided not to for this week, but I really don't want to do this player a disservice by not honoring him as well, especially for the way that he played in this game and not really just this game but every game so far this season. This is really just a continuation of how he ended the 2011 season and his first stint with the US National team probably helped him a bunch.
If you haven't noticed I am possibly talking about one of two people, but if you see the picture that I attached to this post then you easily know who I am talking about and that is Graham Zusi or Zeus if you will. His play hasn't been just showing up this year, but started back during the 2011 season which was good enough to get him called up to the US Men's National team and that experience like I said before was probably huge for him. I think that because his play in the first 4 games has just been insane as he has been causing fits for the other teams. He may not have a lot of goals but he has taken his shots and is the league leader in assists which is not something to ignore as I believe that is something that a player like David Beckham had last season.
I really hope to see Zusi keep it up this season especially in this upcoming match as they are going up against the defending MLS Supporter Shield and MLS Cup winners in the LA Galaxy who are off to a "slow start" in Peter Vermes words and could turn it on at any time and I know all the Sporting Supporters hope that they don't turn it on this match up either and we get to see Zusi do some more of the magic that he has been doing this season.
